For India, we recommend starting at least 8–12 weeks before travel. This gives time to sort the e-Visa (apply at least 2–4 weeks before), book trains on IRCTC (which sell out fast), and secure better hotel rates. For UK and USA trips, 6–8 weeks ahead is usually sufficient.

We earn a commission from hotels, guides, and transport providers when travelers book packages through us. Importantly, this doesn't increase what you pay — we negotiate wholesale rates and pass those savings on. Our interest is in finding you the best option, not the most expensive one.

No. Before you confirm anything, we give you a full itemised breakdown: accommodation, transfers, guide fees, entry tickets, and any other costs. The price you approve is the price you pay. If anything changes after confirmation, we tell you immediately and get your agreement.

We accept bank transfers, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and PayPal. For international bookings, we typically request a deposit to secure bookings, with the balance due closer to travel. Full details are shared during the booking confirmation stage.

Cancellation terms depend on the package and how far in advance you cancel. In general: cancellations 60+ days before travel receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable deposits. Cancellations 30–59 days out: 50% refund. Under 30 days: case-by-case. We always recommend travel insurance for this reason.

A free itinerary is a day-by-day trip plan you can use independently — it tells you what to do, where to go, and what things cost, but you arrange everything yourself. A tour package is fully handled by us: hotels are booked, transfers are arranged, guides are confirmed, and we manage the logistics so you don't have to.

Yes, absolutely. All our itineraries are freely available and you're welcome to plan your own trip from them. No login required, no obligation. If you'd prefer us to handle the bookings, we're here — but there's no pressure.

Most packages include: accommodation (with breakfast), all in-destination transfers (airport pickups, intercity travel), an English-speaking guide for key sites, and entry tickets to major attractions. International flights are almost always excluded. Each package page lists exactly what's included — no guessing.

Yes — group and family trips are something we particularly enjoy. We adjust pacing, accommodation (interconnected rooms, family suites), and activity selection based on the ages and interests in your group. Just mention the group composition when you fill the form.

Yes. UK passport holders also require an Indian e-Visa, through the same online process as US citizens. Apply at indianvisaonline.gov.in at least 2 weeks before your travel date. The e-Visa is straightforward — most applications are approved within 72 hours.

For the UK: US and most Western citizens do not need a visa for stays up to 6 months. Australian citizens need a UK ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) from 2025. For the USA: citizens of most European and some other countries qualify for ESTA (no visa required). We confirm your specific requirements when planning your trip.

You should carry: your passport (valid for 6+ months from arrival), your e-Visa approval email (digital is fine at most airports), travel insurance documents, accommodation confirmation for your first night, and emergency contact details. Changes are usually possible — it depends on how far in advance and which parts of the trip are affected. Hotels with flexible booking policies can typically be adjusted at no cost. Flights (if booked through us) and some advance train bookings may have fees. We'll always tell you upfront what a change will cost before making it.
